The Autogenous Mill (AG Mill) is a large-scale grinding machine designed for mining and mineral processing applications. It uses the ore itself as the primary grinding medium, reducing ore size through continuous impact, collision, and grinding inside the rotating cylinder. With large processing capability and efficient grinding performance, it is suitable for various metal ores, including iron ore, gold ore, copper ore, nickel ore, and manganese ore.
The Autogenous Mill mainly uses the ore itself as the grinding medium. The ore enters the rotating mill cylinder through the feeding system. As the cylinder rotates, the ore is lifted to a certain height and then falls under gravity, creating impact, collision, and grinding between the ore particles, gradually reducing the particle size. After continuous grinding, the material reaches the required size and is discharged from the discharge end for subsequent classification or mineral separation processes.
Effective volume up to 107 m³, motor power up to 2500 kW.
